Created in 1915 by Ngiam Tong Boon, a Chinese bartender at the famous Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
A regular Hotel’s customer wanted to seduce a beautiful woman and asked the bartender to help him by creating a special cocktail that captivated the beautiful girl.
